Swedish Mid-Century Modern, Nordens Flora Cabinet, Birch, Mahogany, Floral Lithographs, Sweden, 1940s

A wonderful Scandinavian cabinet in the manner of Josef Frank and produced in the early part of 20th century Sweden. This example features a mahogany veneered cabinet, produced by AB Stilmöbler c. 1950s, with later applied offset C.A.M Lindman's 'Nordens Flora' lithographs throughout. The front features two pull out drawers sitting under two large hinged doors that swing open to reveal two sizable open storage units as well as three pull out drawers. This example maintains a AB Stilmöbler plaque on the inside of the right hand hinged door as well as a Swedish retail/inventory label from R.A., Sundsvall, 1954 on the reverse.
