A rare example of a center table designed and produced by Philip and Kelvin LaVerne in the United States c. 1960s. This incredible table top is finished in a patinated and acid-etched pewter and bronze with vibrant hand-painted polychrome enamels depicting an incredibly detailed and unique chinoiserie scene. The table top sits on four slightly curved legs having a circular stretcher.
