A beautiful coffee table in the manner of Jacques Quinet and produced in France in the middle of the 20th century. This example features a rectangular reverse-painted and etched glass top with a beautifully aged gilt finish, decorated with a geometric border and stylized corner motifs. The top is framed in gilt metal and supported by a black patinated iron base with slender, tapered legs and decorative gilt corner mounts. The glass and gilt iron/iron base presents with patina throughout. Glass presents with some chips/imperfections on the underside.
